Kathleen O'Connor

In her role at Parents Place, Kathleen O’Connor provides therapy to children, adolescents, teens and families, as well as clinical consultation to parents, teachers, schools, and the community at large. She has been working with children and families for more than seven years, and brings a wide variety of best practice skills to her work, including solution-focused therapy, play therapy, cognitive behavioral treatment, trauma treatment, as well as services for children with developmental delays, and adoption-related issues. Kathleen enjoys working with a wide variety of families, building on their strengths to help them to overcome challenges. Kathleen earned her master’s degree in clinical social work from the School of Social Work, University of Wisconsin-Madison.
