Ellie Pelc

Dr. Ellie Pelc is a licensed psychologist with specialized training in infant and early childhood development, attachment, anxiety, ADHD, challenging behavioral problems, and adoption-related issues. As a key part of her work, Ellie conducts psychological evaluations to assess cognitive, attention, socio-emotional, and behavioral functioning. Her approach applies evidence-based practices using cognitive-behavioral, family systems, and play techniques. Central to this model is her ability to help rebuild and repair family connections.

A graduate of Washington University, Ellie earned her doctoral degree from the PGSP—Stanford PsyD Consortium in Palo Alto. She completed her postdoctoral training at Children’s Hospital and Research Center Oakland at the Center for the Vulnerable Child, as well as predoctoral training at WestCoast Children’s Clinic. For the past 10 years, she has provided therapeutic services to youth and families in the Bay Area. She has worked at the Seneca Center, Edgewood Center, San Mateo County Juvenile Hall, and the Palo Alto VA.
